Anita Maguire

Anita Maguire offers Reflexology services at her Holistic Centre, based in Fethard. She became interested in complementary holistic therapies during her nursing career. She saw how holistic therapies could work alongside conventional medicine, helping to improve the outcome for many patients.

In 2016 Anita trained as a reflexologist and set up her practice in Fethard the following year. Since her original diploma in Classical Reflexology, Anita has gone on to study Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) which by stimulating the lymphatic system can help in the treatment of lymphoedema, lipoedema, autoimmune conditions and inflammatory conditions and helps boost the immune system. She is passionate about working with clients with lymphatic disorders to help them gain relief from the associated swelling, pain and anxiety.

Anita has also completed courses in Reflexology for Women’s Health, Maternity reflexology, Fertility reflexology, Reflexology for babies and children, Reflexology for cancer care and palliative care, Facial reflexology (FRCC) including facial Gua Sha and Indian Head Massage.

Anita is an accredited member of the Irish Reflexologist's Institute and is recognised by the following health insurers: Irish Life, VHI, LAYA, Glo Health.
